Our team

At Liberty Vineyard Church, we follow a model of interdependent and shared leadership by each member of the Pastoral Care & Leadership Team (PCLT), including a Pastor who has additional specific roles and responsibilities. Our Pastoral Care & Leadership Team seeks God together in order to set the direction of the church theologically, missionally, organizationally, and financially.

We intentionally encourage, equip, and empower others in order to cultivate an environment in which everyone in the church gets to play, participate, try, thrive, give, receive, worship, wonder, wait, and work. In all that we do, we aim to make room for authenticity, unity, community, relationship, integrity, excellence, creativity, accountability, humility, and love, for the greater glory of God and the good of people.

The Vineyard USA National Leadership Handbook details the authoritative standard for our shared life as a family of churches. About 130,000 people call about 500 Vineyard churches home throughout the United States. We have a unique call to Kingdom theology, ministry of the Holy Spirit, justice, and building healthy churches. God is doing great things among us!

Our Pastoral Care & Leadership team comprises Rev. Karen Sculley (who serves as our Pastor), Jim Roberson, Paul Sculley, Dawn Roberson, and Patricia Dotson.
